RENT AGREEMENT
This Rent Agreement is made at ____(City), on this __________Day of February, 2015
-: BETWEEN :-
MR/MRS. _________ D/O / W/O SH. ________ is the absolute owner of _________________ (Property address) (hereinafter called the Land Lord/ first party).
-: AND:-
Company Name (With CIN No.), a body corporate incorporated under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 having registered office at _________ (Registered address) (hereinafter called the tenant/second party).
Whereas the landlord is the absolute owner of _______ (Property address)
And whereas the tenant has approached the landlord to take the above said premises on rent (hereinafter called the tenanted premises) subject to the following terms and conditions of this Rent Agreement :-
And whereas the Second Party had entered into a Rent Agreement with the First Party on 15th Day of February, 2015 for a period of 11 Months at a monthly rent of Rs. ______/-(______ Only), commencing from 15.02.2015 till 14.01.2016.
- That the tenant shall pay a monthly rent of Rs. ___/- (______Only) to the land lord regularly in advance on due date of each English calendar month as earlier and the same will be increased after the expiry of the period 14.01.2016.
- That the tenant shall use the tenanted premises for Commercial/Official Purposes only.
- That in addition to monthly rent, the tenant shall be liable to pay electricity charges extra & regularly as per the consumption in the tenanted premises.
- That the duration of tenancy shall be extended on the mutual consent of both the parties either on the same terms and conditions in this agreement or in alteration thereto.
- That the tenant shall not sub-let the tenanted premises in part or whole to anyone on any terms & conditions.
- That the tenant shall not make any additions /alterations/renovation in the tenanted premises without prior written consent of landlord.
- That the tenant shall not perform any illegal /un-lawful acts in the tenanted premises and /or which may cause any damage to the said property, otherwise, the tenant shall be responsible for the same exclusively.
- That after expiry of tenanted premises, the tenant will deliver its physical vacant possession to the landlord in neat, clean & intact condition.
- That in case , the tenant violate any terms & conditions of this Rent Agreement , then the landlord shall be entitled to terminate the tenancy and in such a case , the tenant shall be bound to vacate the tenanted premises .
