We would like to draw your kind attention on the subjected matter.
Subsequent to the annual reconciliation in company, we have found that one of our employee’s both side PF contribution was not been deposited in his own PF account. Then, it has been noticed that his PF contribution was deposited erroneously into another employee’s PF account since ———— 2014 to ———— 2014.
Actually, the mistake has happened due to the perplexity in between of the employee’s employment code no. and his PF Account no. Although, the second employee has also been left the organization long back.
