Please refer to the inspection conducted by Mr. __________, Enforcement Officer on _______ and the observations recorded by him during the course of his inspection. Our Para wise compliance is given below in seriatim:
Para 1: Para 1 is a matter of record and needs no comments.
Para 2: All the documents relating to Provident Fund coverage as asked for have been supplied to your visiting Enforcement Officer.
Para 3: Form No.2 & Form No. 9 are being submitted separately. Form No.11 have been obtained from all the employees.
Para 4: Digital Signatures have also been submitted in your office on 27th Feb. 2015.
Para 5: Form No.5A has also been completed and is being sent separately.
Para 6: Provident Fund dues from the date of coverage i.e. December, 2014 to February, 2015 have been deposited.
Para 7: Eligibility Register has been completed.
