This letter being issued to you as the Management has notified that you have been misbehaved with a very senior employee of the company who is a HOD or ________________ (Designation) of____________________ (Department).
Yesterday, we have received a complaint letter against you which stated that you had misbehaved with Mr. / Ms. ______________ (name). He / She has explained in the letter that during a casual conversation with a group, you have cracked a bad joke on him / her before the members. Instead of giving any reactions at the moment, he / she told you to leave the area immediately. Mr. / Ms. ___________ got inadequately hurt by your behavior thus he / she has to write to HR for an action to be taken against the violence.
The PR manager (HR Department) has done R&D on the issue from his end and the Management has realized that your mistake is indeed intolerable by anybody. You were out of behavior with him / her.
On serious note, the Management has decided to give you a suspend letter from routine work for _____________ (days), with effect from ___________________ as without pay.
