Subject: Transfer to Northern Region with effect from 15-Feb-2016
Inspite of the follow ups your response is still awaited towards the stock audit report that reflected cash shortages and stock shortages for audit conducted on 10 January 2016.
Despite of all the above stated incidences that have incurred loss to the Company , the Organization is offering a second chance of improvement in your performance in a different job role .
Therefore you are being transferred from Eastern region (Assam) to Northern region.
As per the clause in the Letter of Intent and as per the clause no. 12a in Appointment letter extended and s the receipt of the same by the Organization , the Organization reserves the right to transfer you at a different location therefore , you are required to report in Ludhiana with effect from 15-Feb-2016, failing which the organization shall be bound to take requisite disciplinary actions as per the Company Policy .
Please handover the charges to Mr./Ms. ———- with immediate effect and inform Mr. Gupta – Admin Manager for your tickets to get booked for Ludhiana.
