It has been reported against you that there has been negligence in the work rewarded to you. The VM work at Pacific Mall Store was delayed. . The shelf stalkers were installed on 21-Dec-2012, Friday after innumerous reminders.
The entry of the VM Materials in record has been delayed due to delay of stock material details which are supposed to be submitted by you.
The above stated act of delays amount to negligence in attitude towards work.
You are thereby requested to submit your written explanation and justify as to why disciplinary action should not be taken against you.
Your explanation should reach the undersigned within 48 hours of receipt of this letter.
