With reference to the Show-Cause notice quoted above, it is to inform you that the establishment _________________ (company) bearing code number ________ (PF Estt) has been closed with effect from 1st December 2015. The same has been intimated to the department multiple times vide letter dated 10-02-2015, 03-03-2015 and 01-04-2015, receipted copy of all these letters are enclosed for your perusal and office record.
Once again we request you to please make a note of the same and update your office records.
In view of the above, you are requested to withdraw the notice issued in this regard.
