It has been observed that at various incidents few employees while proving their point of view become very argumentative in conversations .
Such behavior creates an unhealthy and unprofessional atmosphere at the workplace .
Such incidents of being argumentative while proving one’s point view is detrimental for the organization’s brand image especially when all other employees and the representatives of customers are present .
Healthy discussions for improvements and improvisations are encouraged but creating commotion in the existing work atmosphere is not appreciable.
Meeting rooms are available for all the discussions and employees should avail the facility of conference rooms for discussions.
We request all the employees to please maintain the office decorum of maintaining a healthy work atmosphere and refraining from any argumentative incidences .
