It has been noticed that leave Application Forms of workers are being deposited lately as a result posting of leave records being delayed.
You are advised to submit sanctioned leave application forms of employees within five days before commencing of their leave. All such application duly completed and filled in all respect must be deposited in our office before 25th of the calendar month.
Please be advised that No leave will be paid without leave application filled in all respect by the employee.
