On 20-Oct-17 we met and discussed with you regarding your performance related issues. lt has been observed that you are not performing upto the level you are expected to and that you have not delivered your best efforts on the specified targets given to you to develop the business so far.
lt has also been notified that you are slow in delivering the tasks assigned /take very long time to deliver the required work and continuous follow ups are required from your reporting manager towards execution of the responsibilities that you are entrusted with .The tasks & description of events wherein continuous follow ups were made are as under:
• Branding work at DLF Gurgaon location
• Branding at DLF Vasant Vihar location
• Branding at DLF Noida location
• Branding options at Gold Souk location
• Reply is awaited for Branding at GVK Mall, Hyderabad.
It was also acknowledged by you that report on vendors from Beijing for bottling/packaging work wasn’t submitted.
Poor performance of work is a complete loss of company’s business for which you are making yourself liable for necessary action. You are further advised to improve your efficiency of work.
You performance shall be reviewed over a period of next …. (No.) days and development of new or related problems, and/or continued unsatisfactory performance will lead to more serious action up to and including termination.
Therefore please take this letter as a final written warning towards improvement of your performance.
