Subject: Final Warning letter for Non Punctual and Unprofessional attitude
This email is in strict reference towards the misconduct and non-compliant attitude, towards the set standards of store operations as per the organization policy.
The following has been observed in the attitude which indicates carelessness and lack of interest towards job:
On the first day of joining surprisingly you weren’t formally dressed for the job. Inspite of the advice given for formal dressing on the first day of joining the informal attire and unprofessional dressing was observed on the second day. Subsequently when the chance was given to you on the second day to go back from the store and return in professional attire it was observed that you returned to the store in 2 and half hours.
On the third day it was informed that you weren’t feeling well .The information was given at the store opening time i.e. 11:45 am but the same should have been informed prior to the store opening time. Subsequently it was advised to take medication and reach the store by 0100 Pm but you reached by 3:40 pm. The delay in arriving to the store wasn’t informed to the concerned professional. There was complete absence of information from your end towards delay in arrival to the store.
On the fourth day again you asked for leave but since the same was not sanctioned you reported late at the store again. There was no communication by you to the concerned professional related towards reporting late in the store.
Fifth day again you reported late at the store by 12:10 pm without informing the concerned professional & when the reason was asked you stated that there are shift issues. The reason stated for shift issue was surprising as you were recruited as a Store Manager and working in shifts is mandatory.
Subsequently it has been observed that you have been reporting late in the store.
Keeping in view of your recent Date of Joining i.e. 01-Nov-2016, the above stated incidences indicate the careless attitude towards work.
Therefore please take this email as a final written warning.
In future if there are occurrences of any of the above stated events that indicate carelessness in attitude towards job then the Organization shall hold all the rights to terminate your employment without any verbal or written warning
