Dear Sir,
We have been providing our expert services for maintenance of various records as prescribed under the ESIC Act 1948 and consultancy services since ________ and we have been charging Rs. ……./- per month since ____ without any enhancement for the last ________ years.
You have started number of sites as detailed below and have employed a good number of employees which resulted increases of our work load tremendously since long and we have been requesting your organization to enhance our monthly fees but you have not yet acceded our request so far:-
