Kindly refer to our letter dated ________[Example. 10-04-2017] & your letter dated ________[Example. 15-05-2017] and the discussion all the partners had with you on __________[Example. 01-06-2017] regarding submission of documents for the purpose of inspection.
In this connection, it is submitted that the firm was closed due to dispute amongst the partners and none of the partners have cared to keep the records of the firm. However, the firm did not function at all after March 2017. The premises now stands sold to other party & sale Deed of the premises has also been submitted to your office.
However, photocopy of the individual Income Tax Returns of the partners are enclosed as advised.
Kindly decide the case on the basis of documents already filed. It is also submitted that we did not file Income return of the partnership firm (ie Anupama Footwear) after Annual Year ______[Ex.2016-17].
