Dear Sir/Problem,
This email is in reference to the annual appraisal of the year 2017-18.
This is to apprise that my appraisal is not justified to my roles & responsibilities handled by me during the year ______(2017-18).
I have observed that there’s no increase as such the responsibilities are added to my position .The appraisal have been given to me is about to same was received in last year ______(2016-18) whereas i believe that many additional responsibilities were included with my existing job too.
Also as per Industry standard , my current experience, job profile does not match with my perks at all.
Would be great if you kindly take my request and re look on my compensation revision part for the year so I get motivated and work with more enthusiasm to achieve the company’s common objective .
