Kindly refer to the inspection carried out by your E.O. on 11.12.2017 and 26.12.2017 and the irregularities pointed out by him during the course of his inspection. Our parawise compliance report is appended below in seriatim:-
Para 1: The contents mentioned in this para is a matter of record but as regards commencement of business / running of canteen at M/s ……. India P. Ltd. at Nagpur, it is to inform you that although agreement was signed on 01.07.2012 but we have started the canteen with effect from 03.10.2012. The documentary evidence regarding start of business issued by Maharashtra Shops and Establishment Regulations 1948 is enclosed for your ready reference. As such the payment of contribution for the period 01.07.2012 to 03.08.2012 does not arise.

Para 3: The contribution in respect of all the 05 employees mentioned in this para stands deposited. Copy of receipted challan along with ECR is enclosed for your records.
