With reference to your letter number DS/NHP/0973146/000/Enf 953/Damages, dated 28.01.2016, this is to bring to your notice that in the damages calculation sheet the wage month 07-2007 is actually the wage month 07-2009. The challan deposit date for the wage month 07-2009 is 21-Aug-2009, where as in the calculation sheet the date of deposit of the challan for the wage month of 07-2009 is 02-Sep-2009, copy of receipted challan enclosed for reference (shall have to enclosed)
Also, the establishment was covered under EPFO on 04-07.2009. The PF contribution for the months of 04-2009 and 05-2009 amounting to INR Thirty one Thousand Four Hundred Twenty One (31,421/-) was paid through demand draft number 009296, dated 19-06-2009 along with the coverage application and thus does not have any stamp on it.
