Dear Sir,
Please refer to the Application in form No.19 & 10C for refund for PF/Pension withdrawal benefit submitted in your office dated 15th September 2017.
It is regretted to point out that in spite of repeated persuasion the PF/Pension claims have not been settled so far although two month have elapsed.
While checking the status of the claims, have come to know that claim has been rejected with the remarks “Suddenly Increment in Salary form 11/2014, clarify & ascertain Increased salary pertains to member”
In this connection, it is pointed out that earlier (from 10th Dec, 2008 to 31st Oct, 2014) the employer & my self have been contributed up the salary limit of Rs.15000/- P.M.
Subsequently, from 01st November 2014 to 31st May 2017, have contributed on entire Basic Salary of Rs. 3,70,000/- and my employer has also contributed the matching contribution.
You are requested to kindly settle the claims at the earliest as Mr. ….. is in urgent need of money.
An early action in this regard will be highly appreciated.
