In this connection, it is to inform you that we never force our clients to fix basic salary. In fact, we only guide our clients to bifurcate gross salary in a reasonable manner so that the same can be acceptable to the Government Department.

In the case of Mr. ______, we have no objection to fix the basic salary @ 14,000/- per month, but it may please be noted the special allowance being paid to the employee will be subject to PF deduction and there will be dispute regarding deduction of PF on special allowance which will arises at a later stage. If you want to take the risk, definitely we have no objection in fixing the basic as per your choice.
